Where your information is stored
Quote requests are sent to us by email so we can respond and provide the cleaning service you asked for. We keep those emails as our record of your request. Access is limited to the people at Alice Cleaning Services who need it to respond to your request.
Email notifications
When you submit a quote request, we use Resend to send notification emails — one to our team so we know to follow up with you, and, where applicable, a confirmation to you.
Analytics
We use Plausible, a privacy-friendly analytics tool, to understand how visitors use our website. Plausible doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you personally — it only reports aggregate numbers, like how many people visited a page.
Error monitoring
We use GlitchTip to catch technical errors on our website so we can find and fix problems quickly. This captures technical details about what went wrong, not your personal browsing activity.
