No — this service is detail cleaning after debris and materials are already hauled off site. We handle the fine dust, film and cleanup that's left behind.
How soon after the crew finishes should we book?
Right after, ideally — dust settles more the longer it sits, and settled drywall dust is harder to fully remove from carpets and fabrics.
Is this a one-pass clean or do you come back?
Larger renovations sometimes need a rough clean followed by a final detail pass once trim and paint are done. We'll scope that with you during your quote.
Will this get the construction dust out of the air vents too?
We wipe down visible vent covers and grilles as part of the service. Deep HVAC duct cleaning is a separate specialty service we can point you toward if needed.
