Restaurant Cleaning

A dining room that's ready before the doors open.

Diners judge a restaurant by the floor under their feet and the restroom down the hall as much as the food. We handle the front-of-house detail cleaning around your service hours, so open is really open.

What restaurant cleaning covers — and what it doesn't

MetroWest's restaurant scene runs from downtown sit-down spots to quick-service places along the Rt 9 and 495 corridor, and every one of them has the same constraint: there's no cleaning while the dining room is open. That means our work happens early morning before the first table is set, or late night after the last check closes out — never squeezed into service.

We handle the front-of-house: dining room tables, booths and surfaces, floors swept, vacuumed and mopped including entryways, restrooms cleaned, sanitized and restocked, host stand and windows, and the high-touch spots — door handles, menu holders, condiment stations — that get missed in a rushed nightly close. We also wipe down the exterior of front-line equipment where it's visible to guests. What we don't do is deep kitchen work — hoods, grease traps, cookline degreasing — which needs a specialized commercial kitchen vendor with different equipment and certifications than a dining room cleaning crew.

For most of the restaurants we work with, this isn't replacing what closing staff already does — it's the deeper, more consistent pass on top of a nightly wipe-down, the kind that catches what gets missed on a busy Friday close.

How we clean your restaurant

  1. Quote based on your layout and hours

Tell us your dining room size, service hours and any priority areas, and we'll give you a clear quote — most restaurant schedules run early morning or after close.

  2. First clean sets the baseline

Your first visit runs a bit deeper across the dining room and restrooms, so recurring visits start from a consistent standard.

  3. Recurring visits around service hours

Daily, several times a week, or a weekly deeper pass — we build the schedule so cleaning never overlaps with open hours.

  4. Consistent crew, easy feedback

The same crew learns your layout and closing routine, and if something needs adjusting, tell us and it's fixed for the next visit.

Why restaurants choose Alice

  • Family-run

Alice Cleaning Services is family-run, not a franchise dispatching whoever's free. Reliability matters most in this business — a no-show before open isn't an option, and it isn't one for us either.

  • Bilingual team

Our crew communicates comfortably in Portuguese, Spanish and English, so instructions from your kitchen or front-of-house manager don't get lost between shifts.

  • Local & flexible

We're serving and clean restaurants throughout MetroWest and Greater Boston, so a late closing or a last-minute schedule change gets handled with one call to someone local — not a support ticket sitting in a queue somewhere else.

Frequently asked questions

Do you clean the kitchen, including hoods and grease traps?

No — deep kitchen equipment cleaning like hoods, grease traps and cookline degreasing needs a specialized commercial kitchen vendor. We focus on front-of-house dining, restrooms and entry areas.

Can you clean before we open or after we close?

Yes — we build our restaurant schedules around service hours, most often early morning before open or late night after close.

Do you offer daily or just occasional cleaning?

Both — some restaurants book us daily, others want a deeper weekly detail pass on top of their own staff's nightly routine. Tell us what you need and we'll scope it.

Will this help us pass a health inspection?

A clean, well-maintained dining room and restrooms support a good inspection, though inspections also cover kitchen practices outside our service. We keep the front of house consistently guest-ready.

Are you insured, and do you background-check your cleaners?

Yes. We're insured, and the crew assigned to your restaurant is vetted before working in your space, whether it's an early-morning or late-night visit.

Do we need a contract, or can we try a single cleaning first?

You can start with a single cleaning to see if we're a fit, then set up a recurring schedule. No long-term contract required.

Can you clean multiple restaurant locations on the same standard?

Yes — we work with multi-location and franchise operators who need a consistent cleaning standard across sites. Send us your locations and hours and we'll build a coordinated schedule.
